New Features

  • Image gallery posts

    • Postpone now supports scheduling image galleries.

    • Image galleries are posts that include multiple images, optionally with a caption and link for each image.

    • Reddit supports up to 20 images per gallery, and not all subreddits support galleries.

    • To create a gallery, click the Make Gallery button while scheduling. Click Add Image to add additional images, then give your images a link or caption.

  • Subreddit Analysis in Post Templates

    • Post Templates now support a new Smart scheduling strategy. This brings scheduling features from Bulk Import to Post Templates.

    • With the Smart scheduling strategy, you can now schedule posts using "Schedule Date Expressions," such as:

      • Schedule for the best time 3 days from now.

      • Schedule for the best time today.

      • Schedule for the best day and time over the next week.

      • Schedule for the 2nd best time 5 days from now.

    • Check out Postpone's documentation for all the possible ways you can schedule posts with Schedule Date Expressions.

  • Upload content to RedGIFs during Bulk Import

    • Bulk Import now supports uploading content from the Postpone Content Library to RedGIFs during import.

    • This feature requires that you have a RedGIFs account connected to Postpone and configured as the default for your Reddit username.

    • Use the new upload_to column to upload to RedGIFs.

Improvements

  • Added a 2-minute auto-spacing interval.

  • Improved displaying thumbnails for posts on the Dashboard calendar view.

  • Improved duplicating failed submissions.

  • Added subreddit average upvotes to the Subreddit Analysis page.

  • Added warnings when creating Post Templates with crossposts when a subreddit doesn't support crossposts.

  • Added indicators to each subreddit submission in Post Templates to show which submission options are being used.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where account followers and karma over time analytics were not being updated.

  • Fixed an issue where Apple image types (.heic and .heif files) would fail to submit to Reddit.

  • Fixed an issue where relative links from messages in the Inbox would result in a 404.

  • Fixed an issue where subscribed subreddits would get re-added to Postpone each time a user logs into Postpone with that Reddit account.

  • Fixed an issue handling comments that failed to submit.
