Hey folks. Grant from Postpone here.

Before we get started, I'd like to introduce you to Postpone's new YouTube channel! This is where you'll find support videos for different Postpone features.

We're starting out with just a few videos covering the basics. Please subscribe to get notified when new videos are added! Also, let us know if there are any videos or demos you'd like to see us record.

Now, onto the changes in today's update:

New Features

  • Bulk Import from the Content Library - Added the ability to Bulk Import posts using content from the Content Library.

    • To use this feature, simply add the name of your Content Library image in the new Link/Image column (previously the Link column).

    • Postpone will upload all images to Imgur during import.

  • Generate unique titles per submission - We added the ability to use Spintax to generate variations of the same title for the submissions on your post.

  • Email/password sign up - Added the ability to sign up for Postpone with email and password only.

    • Previously, Postpone only supported signing up with an existing Reddit account.

Performance Improvements

Today's update comes with lots of performance and usability improvements, especially for users with many connected Reddit accounts or Post Templates.

  • Improvements for users with lots of connected Reddit accounts:

    • Added the ability to filter accounts by username on the Connected Accounts settings page.

    • Made the Reddit account picker filterable, which makes finding an account much faster while scheduling posts.

    • Improved page load when editing posts, editing Post Templates, or applying a Post Template to a post.

    • Improved initial page load times.

    • Fixed an issue where the Subreddit Manager would fail to load for users with lots of accounts.

    • Fixed the super long height of the Reddit account picker when there are lots of accounts.

  • Improvements for users with lots of Post Templates:

    • Made the Post Template list paginated to improve performance.

    • The Post Template list now obeys the user's default per page preference.

    • Improved the performance of loading Post Templates while scheduling a post.

    • Improved the performance of loading Post Templates for the filters on the History and Analytics pages.

    • Added max-height to the Post Template dropdown on Schedule a Post to avoid a super long list.

    • Fixed an issue where the Post Template dropdown would be cutoff on the right side while scheduling.

Other Improvements

  • Added indicators to each subreddit submission to show which submission options are being used.

  • Added the total number of scheduled posts to the Dashboard.

  • Added the ability to navigate to the Subreddit Manager from a submitted post in the History tab.

Bug Fixes

No release would be complete without some bug fixes. Here are the ones we squashed in the latest update:

  • Fixed an issue where .heic and .heif (Apple image formats) would fail to upload during Fresh Links uploads.

  • Fixed an issue where .heic images would not upload to Imgur while scheduling a post.

  • Fixed an issue where some Redditor stats (followers, karma) were not being updated.

  • Fixed an issue where the Cmd+Enter shortcut would add a new line when submitting a reply in the Inbox.
