Added spoiler and superscript support to the text editor for posts and comments.

Postpone now auto-convert Imgur .mp4 links to .gifv on the Schedule a Post page.
Several UI improvements when applying labels on Schedule a Post.
- The number of subreddits the label applies to is now displayed.
- There is a separator between Favorites and custom labels.
- Selected labels are permanently displayed below the label list.
- Selected labels are removed from the label list.
Changed "subreddit not allowed" error handling to only remove the next 3 days of posts to avoid false positives.

Added Imgur thumbnails to posts that are created from Bulk Import.
Added Imgur thumbnails to posts that are image links, not direct links.
- These are links in the format like https://imgur.com/cMk7NRQ rather than https://i.imgur.com/cMk7NRQ.png.
Updated 404 and 500 error pages.
- We hope you never see these, but if you do, they'll look a little nicer.

Fixed an error retrieving the Content Library when users have more than 2 GB of media.
Fixed an error creating the Content Library picker when users navigate away from the Create/Edit post page quickly.
